Here are a few little windows into our week! It has been a busy one but so much fun! Lots of silly play time with Clèmence. It is now averaging 111 degrees outside so we have been letting her have some water play in the evenings after dinner. Somehow acquired two sets of amazing furniture in the same week. The first, an early birthday present from my mom, is the Missoni for Target patio set! I think I drooled on it a few times already. And the second, I won on eBay which are 2 mid-century wooden chairs with turquoise vinyl from 1961. I’m obsessed! Jeremiah and I have had a few dates this week. The first was a matinee to finally see Moonrise Kingdom by our favorite director, Mr. Wes Anderson,which was of course incredible. And the second was to a show last night to see Jonathan Richman at Crescent Ballroom (our fav. venue here in Phoenix). While I am normally not often star struck, I sorta found myself in that position last night. He has been making such great music for so long in his solo career and of course made a mark on history with The Modern Lovers. I was able to shake his hand and say thanks.

Oh yeah, and Clèmence got her first guitar lesson from dad. It was the most darling thing!
